How to fetch object's last modified time in miliseconds in dxl

Hello

 I am developing DXL script where i have to fetch last Modified and created date as well as time of object. But i am only able to fetch time till seconds(using lastModifiedTIme function and using history entry for object created time)

but not in millisecond now i want to know whether doors even save the time in millisecond or every thing is in seconds and minute.

If doors save time in millisecond for modified and created property of object then how to fetch it?
